Redbrick was selected as a top employer based on an evaluation of all our current initiatives, but the selection committee chose to highlight our employee wellness program and named our maternity and paternal leave program, which includes support for adoptive parents and caregivers, as an industry-leading standard.
However, the main focus of our recognition was how much energy we’re investing into reconnecting with our team. The pandemic changed our company culture, but it’s given us the opportunity to get creative with how we can make it better.
From a company-wide leadership summit to pancake breakfasts, remote scavenger hunts, and virtual coffee chats, we’re reshaping our culture across a more flexible style of work. Our offices will be a little less of people sitting at desks and more of a place to come together.
