We’re so excited to announce that Redbrick has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers for the fourth year in a row.

We’ve done it again! This award marks our fourth year running as one of Canada’s top employers. Thank you to our fantastic People & Culture team that is dedicated to exploring new ways we can support Redbrickers.

Celebrating its 10th annual edition, Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers gives special recognition to Canadian employers who are exploring forward-thinking human resources policies and investing in their team.

"We're honoured to be recognized for this achievement. We've worked hard to build a vibrant culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to do great things. We're incredibly proud of the talented team we've built, who are the heart of everything we do and the reason for our success."

Christine Tatham, VP of People & Culture

Redbrick was selected as a top employer based on an evaluation of all our current initiatives, but the selection committee chose to highlight our employee wellness program and named our maternity and paternal leave program, which includes support for adoptive parents and caregivers, as an industry-leading standard.

However, the main focus of our recognition was how much energy we’re investing into reconnecting with our team. The pandemic changed our company culture, but it’s given us the opportunity to get creative with how we can make it better.

From a company-wide leadership summit to pancake breakfasts, remote scavenger hunts, and virtual coffee chats, we’re reshaping our culture across a more flexible style of work. Our offices will be a little less of people sitting at desks and more of a place to come together.

Congratulations to all our fellow honourees! The complete list of Top Small and Medium Employers is available here or you can read about each employer in a special edition of The Globe and Mail.
