In light of the recent public health concerns surrounding COVID-19, Redbrick and our four portfolio companies will be closing our offices.

Our intention in doing so is to keep our team healthy and do our part to curtail the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to carry out business as usual while supporting our teams to work from the comfort and safety of their homes.

In monitoring the rapid progression of COVID-19, we are taking a note from industry leaders such as Google and Microsoft and joining the work-from-home movement.

“We feel we have a responsibility to our team members, their families, and our community to promote staying healthy,” says Nicole Lee, VP People and Operations.

“We are so fortunate to have the ability to work remotely and will continue to carry out business as usual. Not all companies and teams have this flexibility and we are taking full advantage of ours. In supporting our team to work from home, we are taking a proactive stance in prioritizing the health and safety of our team and community.”

Prior to this decision, we have been updating our team members weekly with the latest health and safety recommendations and office expectations—to which our amazing team happily complied.

In closing our offices, we intend to do our part in curtailing transmission and mitigating the resource drain on our healthcare system.

We hope that fellow companies and teams join us in implementing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This closure will commence by the end of the day, Thursday, March 12, with plans to reopen on Monday, March 30.

During this office closure, we will be monitoring the situation closely and keep all team members appraised of the current situation as they continue to work remotely.
